Die Lounge 5 liegt im ersten Stock des Hauses, Trierer Straße 34 (Nebenhaus) mit separatem Eingang. Lounge 5 verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Eine zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit besteht im gemütlichen Wohn-/Essraum. Hier befindet sich auch die vollausgestattete Küchenzeile. Das mit Schränken ausgestattete moderne Bad verfügt über eine Dusche. Wohn- und Schlafräume sind mit Fernsehern ausgestattet. Internetzugang ist über das WLAN-Netzwerk jederzeit möglich. Eifellounge verfügt insgesamt über insgesamt sechs Ferienwohnungen, die auch von größeren Gruppen – je nach Verfügbarkeit – gemeinsam gebucht werden können. Diese Wohnung im Nebenhaus wurde Anfang 2017 ganz neu gestaltet und ist topmodern ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoß des Hauses gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt mit Metzgerei, eine Bäckerei und einen gutbürgerlichen Metzger-Imbiss.
